Early in my relationship with Wake Forest Federal I needed to call to open a new account.  When the person answered the phone I asked, “Can I please speak to someone in Customer Service?”  There was a short pause at the other end of the line and then in a very pleasant voice the woman told me, “Sir, at this bank we are all in Customer Service.”  Twenty years later, I can firmly say those words have been proven true over and over again.
